MASTER CLASS SCHOLARSHIPS
Fr. Jeffrey L Hamblin
CabaretFest 2022 is all about performance education and continuing the art form of cabaret. Thanks to Fr Jeff for offering scholarships every year to allow deserving candidate students to study at the festival. To date he has sponsored over 20 students!
Hoosier born and bread, New Yorker for many years and now residing in Sarasota, Florida, Fr Jeff has had a love of music since childhood. Being an educator, clergyman and physician he sees daily how music is able to touch the human core.
Cabaret is an intimate form that, through music and storytelling, touches and enlivens the performer and audience. The sholarships are awarded to help perpetuate this art form and allow the students to polish their skills and receive input from Cabaret professionals.
The Father Jeffery Hamblin Scholarship program will be sponsoring three 'stars of tomorrow' this year.
